How long until I get my order?
We work to process orders quickly so you can start nourishing your body as soon as possible! Our processing time is 1-2 business days from the day you purchased. Additional processing time is required during peak seasons and new product launch periods. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. If your tracking label has been created but your order hasn't shipped out past five business days, please email us.
(Domestic orders only): We use USPS for shipping our orders. Small order shipping (less than 1 pound) is $5.95. Large order shipping (more than 1 pound) is $10. All domestic orders over $125 are eligible for free shipping.
USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 Business days) is $15.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping USPS shipments can take 3-7 days after processing.
Priority Shipping USPS can take 2-3 days after processing.
If the order is placed during a weekend or holiday, processing can take 2-3 days.
International shipments vary by destination and shipping method.
Vitammie is not responsible for lost or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
Will I be charged duty fees?
Our company is based in the USA. All of our US orders are free of duty fees.
While most of our orders are free of any Import Taxes or Duty Fees, we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product. By complying with all local standards and regulations, we do our very best avoid any possible charges your country may assess your shipment. The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.
How do I track my package?
We send a tracking link to track your package in all shipping confirmation emails!
I did not receive a shipping or order confirmation?
Please email us at email@example.com to confirm your order was placed. Our emails could be ending up in your spam box or an incorrect email was entered at the time of checkout.
